It was a messy, creative time at the Pre-K Playdate on Saturday, October 14. Parents and children participated together in a series of art stations set up in the Commons. Donning aprons, little artists enjoyed "spray" painting, creating Matisse collages, building with brads, and marbling paper (with shaving cream).
According to art teacher, Bebe Alexander, "This event was so much fun. I loved seeing so many families here on our campus on a Saturday to enjoy making art together."
The first in a series of planned Pre-K Playdates throughout the school year, the theme of "Pre-K Helps Me Soar" was on display as children had their photograph taken in front of Mrs. Bebe's "Wings" creation.
