6th Grade Puts Faith Into Action

Sixth graders spent a recent Sunday volunteering their time at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in downtown Jacksonville. They scrubbed until the Sanctuary was sparkly clean and lifted bulky bins of hangers from the second floor of the Clothes Closet out to the dumpster.

They exuded such joy as they worked, completely loved every minute of it, and are asking when they can go back. The sixth grade year at St. Mark's is one of leadership and reflection. Faculty, parents, and peers have witnessed this Class of 2018 put their faith in action (James 2:18) over the years.
We thank God for young hearts eager to serve, love, and grow!
