Class of 2011 Graduates High School

We are incredibly proud of our students from the Class of 2011 who are now graduating high school. Their St. Mark's education has enabled them to become confident learners and leaders, receiving numerous academic and athletic awards and scholarships to colleges and universities.

They were invited back to our campus for a reunion to celebrate their high school graduation. Over half the class was able to come back to visit with their former teachers and classmates.

Along with great food and reminiscing over fond memories, the students participated in a scavenger hunt which had them running all over campus to re-create many of their St. Mark's experiences. Using the #stmarks2011, students posted pictures and video of themselves performing the Kindergarten favorite, "Strut Mr. Turkey," across the stage, parading in Pre-K II cars, and reading in the library loft.

There were lots of hugs and smiles as former teachers also returned to reunite with these students and give their best wishes of encouragement for the years ahead.

To date, these are the colleges and universities we know the students from this class will be attending in the fall:

Virginia Tech, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Texas Christian University, Jacksonville University, Vanderbilt University, The University of Chicago, Auburn University Honors College, New York University, Georgia Southern, Florida State University, The U.S. Naval Academy, University of Georgia, The University of Northern Colorado, Florida State College of Jacksonville, Anderson University, Hampden Sydney College, Case Western Reserve University
