Financial Aid & Tuition

St. Mark’s Episcopal Day School understands the cost of an independent school is significant. We are committed to making this educational experience affordable to students entering kindergarten through sixth grade who meet our criteria for acceptance.

Tuition pays only a portion of the actual cost of a St. Mark’s education. We meet the difference through grants, donations, and investments.

Financial Aid

  • 25% of our students in kindergarten – sixth grade receive some amount of financial aid!
  • We awarded over $200,000 in financial aid this year!

Our financial aid program is based solely on financial need, rather than academic performance. Therefore, any family who has reviewed their financial situation and feels they need help paying tuition should apply for aid. Please click here for Financial Aid FAQ or click here to complete an online application.

We Accept Step Up for Students
St. Mark’s Episcopal Day School also accepts the “Step Up For Students” scholarship that is available to students entering Kindergarten or First Grade or students transferring to St. Mark’s from a public school in all grade levels. This scholarship program is based solely on income and number of people living in the household. Please visit www.stepupforstudents.org for eligibility and online application, or contact the Admission Office.
